Delete your Nibbo account

You can permanently delete your Nibbo account at any time. Below is how, what gets deleted, and how to reach us if you can't do it yourself.

How to delete your account from the app

1. Open Nibbo on your iPhone.
2. Go to the Account tab (bottom right).
3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm the destructive action in the dialog.

Your account is removed from Nibbo immediately. You will be signed out and can no longer sign back in to the deleted account. Behind the scenes, all your data — recipes, meal plans, grocery lists, and your profile — is then permanently purged from our servers within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, profile picture, household size, model preferences)
• Every recipe you've saved, including ingredients, steps, captions, and thumbnails
• Every meal plan and weekly schedule you've built
• Every grocery list and the items inside them
• Your sign-in credentials (Apple or Google linkage)

You will not be able to recover any of this once the 30-day window passes.

What we keep, and for how long

Anonymized telemetry counters that do not identify you (such as "a user saved a recipe" with no user-id attached) may remain in our analytics tool for product-improvement purposes. We do not retain user-identifying audit logs after the 30-day purge completes.

Can't delete from within the app?

If the app won't open, you've lost access to your sign-in method, or you'd rather not delete via the app, email us:

Email us from the address associated with your Nibbo account (or include enough information that we can identify your account). We will:

1. Confirm your identity over email.
2. Delete your account within 7 days.
3. Send you a confirmation when it's done.
