How do I save a recipe?
Two ways: (1) From TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube, use the iOS share sheet and pick Nibbo — Nibbo grabs the post URL and extracts the recipe. (2) Inside the app, open the Recipes tab and tap the + button to paste a link directly.
Why did my recipe extraction fail or look wrong?
The most common causes:
  • The post had no usable caption. Open the recipe and use Edit Caption to paste the caption text yourself, then re-run extraction.
  • Your monthly captionless-extraction quota is used up. When a post has no caption, Nibbo falls back to a fuller pipeline — that path is limited to 5 per month per account. Wait until the next month, or save posts that already have captions.
  • The platform isn't supported for caption-less web URL fallback. Today we cover TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube — other platforms may not extract cleanly.
If extractions are consistently wrong from a specific creator, send us the original post URL using the form above with Recipe extraction problem as the category.
My grocery list looks wrong.
Tap Regenerate on the grocery list. Any items you added by hand are preserved; recipe-derived items get recomputed from the current meal plan, which fixes duplicates, missing items, and wrong amounts. If the issue persists, send us the meal plan you used and what the grocery list showed via the form above with Grocery generation problem as the category.
What are the limits?
During the beta:
  • 50 saved recipes per account. Delete recipes you no longer need to free up slots.
  • 5 captionless extractions per month per account (when a saved post has no usable caption and Nibbo has to use the web URL fallback). Posts with captions are not counted against this quota.
How do I send feedback?

I can't sign in. How do I get help?
Use the form above — leave your email and pick Account issueas the category. We'll reply within a few days. You don't need to be signed in to send the form.
How do I delete my account?
See the delete-your-account page for the in-app and email-fallback paths. Deletion is immediate from your perspective; all data is permanently purged within 30 days.
How long until I hear back?
We aim to reply within a few business days. Account-deletion and data access requests under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) are handled within 15 working days.
